About Nina Tsifudina

Nina Tsifudina is a partner, the co-head of the local M&A, corporate and private equity and the head of the firm-wide employment and labour law service line. She has over 15 years of experience advising on a wide range of commercial matters and corporate cross-border transactions, reorganisations and market entry strategies. Nina represents a number of Bulgarian and international clients, including private equity and venture capital firms on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings. In addition, Nina advises on all aspects of employment law, including benefits, employee share incentives, work force restructurings and negotiations with trade unions.
