Sebastian Reiter is a partner in the Vienna office and a member of Kinstellar’s Competition and FDI service line. Sebastian advises on EU and Austrian competition law and on Austrian foreign direct investment (FDI) law and represents clients before the Austrian and EU competition and FDI authorities and courts. Sebastian’s practice covers merger control proceedings, including media mergers, abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, compliance trainings/audits, and follow-on damage claims litigation. His industry expertise includes markets relating to energy, telecoms, railways, technology and digital platforms, and banking.
