Selina Pichler is an associate in Kinstellar’s Vienna office and a member of the banking, finance & capital markets team. Selina brings a multidisciplinary background combining legal and financial expertise. She advises national and international clients on capital markets matters, with a focus on capital markets transactions and financing structures, including cross-border equity and debt transactions, as well as on regulatory aspects relevant to the issuance of financial instruments and market-facing activities. Selina advises banks, financial institutions, and corporates on Austrian and EU financial regulatory aspects relevant to capital markets activities, supporting clients throughout all stages of the transaction process.
