About Emilie Van Heck

Emilie Van Heck joined Osborne Clarke Brussels as a junior associate in 2023 in the IP/IT team. She assists international and Belgian clients in various matters, in particular in intellectual property and patent law, IT contracting and data protection, in a wide range of sectors. In addition to her general law degree, Emilie holds a LLM in Intellectual Property and ICT law.
