Valentin de le Court leads the patent practice at Osborne Clarke in Belgium. With close to 20 years of experience in innovation-related intellectual property law, including four years of practice in China, Valentin focuses his practice on patent and trade secrets law, both as counsel and litigator. He litigates patents in court, advises on R&D collaboration agreements and projects, performs trade secrets audits, and provides guidance on the protection and management of confidential information. Valentin advises and represents clients in a variety of sectors, with strong focus on the life sciences and healthcare sector and digital technologies.
