Jan Schinke
advises national and international companies on financial regulatory law. His areas of expertise include the structuring of alternative investments such as closed-end alternative investment funds. Jan supports clients in financial regulatory law – for example, in BaFin proceedings. In particular, he advises fund managers on the structuring of closed-end investment funds (venture capital, private equity, private debt, real estate, renewable energies and further asset classes).
