Bas Zandvliet is a senior associate in the banking and finance practice of Osborne Clarke in Amsterdam, specialising in debt financing mandates for lenders, borrowers, and sponsors. He advises national and international clients on general corporate financings, real estate loans and leveraged or acquisition finance solutions. His clients include lenders, sponsors, and borrowers. Bas joined Osborne Clarke in May 2025, having previously worked at the banking and finance department of a Dutch law firm focussing on leveraged finance, general corporate lending and real estate finance.
