About Emerico O De Guzman

Emerico O De Guzman was the managing partner of ACCRALAW from 2014–2021 and the head of the firm’s labour and employment department from 2008–2014. He is now an of counsel with the firm. He advises multinationals on their concerns relating to employment and related litigation. He was president of the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines in 2006 and the Philippine Bar Association 2014–15. He was the general counsel of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 2019–2021 and was reappointed to the position for 2023–2025. He is currently an employer representative to the National Tripartite Industrial Peace Council.
