About Erwin Jay V Filio

Erwin Jay V Filio has been a partner of ACCRALAW since 2015. He has extensive experience in handling labour litigation involving termination disputes and money claims; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; addressing unionisation issues; formulating company policies and employment programmes; and providing legal advice on outsourcing arrangements, the labour aspects of M&A, and right-sizing and down-sizing programmes and employment benefits issues. Erwin also handles employment-related criminal litigation work, such as complaints about unfair labour practice acts. He has co-authored several articles on outsourcing, including the Philippine chapter of the Chambers and Partners Global Practice Guide on Outsourcing (2019).
