About Jose-Mari H Roco

Jose-Mari H Roco specialises in representing employers in labour litigation involving termination disputes and employment-related monetary claims; assisting employers in matters concerning unionisation; and the review and formulation of labour-related contracts, collective bargaining agreements, policies, rules and procedures. Jose-Mari also has extensive experience in providing legal advice on various contracting arrangements, employee discipline, manpower reduction programmes, and the labour aspect of M&A. He has been with ACCRALAW since 2016 and was promoted to senior associate in 2019. He was previously an editor of the Ateneo Law Journal for which ACCRALAW wrote several articles.
