Neptali B Salvanera specialises in a range of employment matters, including labour law litigation, illegal dismissal, unfair labour practice, strikes, union organisation and representation issues, the labour aspect of M&A, manpower reduction programmes, workplace investigations and data privacy. Neptali has been a partner of the firm since 2010 and is currently the monitor of its labour and employment department. A law professor, he has authored a number of books on labour law and social legislation, including one on employee discipline and workplace investigations.
