Ricardo Barretto Ferreira da Silva is a senior partner at Azevedo Sette Advogados, working in the corporate, tax, M&A, IP, TMT, privacy and data protection areas. He has held positions including co-founder, vice-president and president of the Brazilian Association of Technology, Information and Telecommunications Law, chairman of the Latin America Committee, member of the board, secretary, treasurer, and vice-president of the International Technology Law Association, as well as chairman of the Legislation Committee, member of the Brazil‒US Business Council, and legal adviser at the American Chamber of Commerce, São Paulo.
