is a partner of the M&A and private equity practices of the firm and dedicates a significant portion of his time to governance matters, advising clients on issues concerning investors' rights and obligations, shareholders’ arrangements, management duties and disclosure obligations, including in the context of corporate reorganisations. Bernardo combines his deep knowledge of corporate law with skills in tax and accounting regulations, allowing him to handle unprecedented governance issues from different perspectives. Bernardo also holds a degree in applied mathematics, undertook postgraduate studies in tax and attended negotiation programmes at Harvard Law School.
