Nicola Munnelly is a director in the financial services and dispute resolution department in KPMG Law. Nicola has over 17 years' experience working as both a practising barrister and senior in-house lawyer advising financial institutions, regulated entities, fintechs, and payments firms on legal and compliance issues in financial regulation. Nicola advises organisations and their senior-management on compliance with relevant regulations and specialises in providing strategic advice on engagements with regulators particularly in the areas of suspected non-compliance and enforcement actions. Nicola has also lectured on various Law Society of Ireland Diploma Centre Courses including Corporate Law and Governance and Finance Law.
