Dr Lincoln Tsang
is a partner at the firm. He is a former senior regulator, and advises clients in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, in vitro diagnostic devices, cosmetics, and food, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of the law and public policy. He represents clients on highly technical and precedent-setting regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. By ministerial appointment, Lincoln Tsang has served as a Commissioner for the British Pharmacopoeia – where he chairs the Commission’s Biological and Biotechnology Specialist Group and co-chairs the Nomenclature Committee – as well as being a non-executive director of the National Institute for Biological Standards and Control, and the Health Protection Agency.
