About Barbora Urbancová

Barbora Urbancová is a partner at and director of PETERKA & PARTNERS Czech Republic and leader of the firm’s litigation and insolvency practice group as well as its ESG practice group. Barbora has years of experience with complex commercial court disputes before courts and arbitrators, both domestic and cross-border, and represents clients in labour disputes. She also co-ordinates foreign litigations. Barbora has represented Czech and foreign entities before courts and arbitral tribunals under ICC, UNCITRAL and VIAC rules, provided commercial law advice to international groups of companies, and co-ordinated court proceedings in France.
