About Dan Loukota

Dan Loukota focuses on dispute resolution (both litigation and arbitration proceedings) and his practice also concentrates on ruling enforcement and insolvency. Outside dispute resolution, Dan counsels PETERKA & PARTNERS clients on corporate and contractual law. Dan has provided services to, among others, major Czech banks such as Komerční banka and Raiffeisenbank, a leading manufacturer of hi-tech products for aviation and power generation, a Czech subsidiary of an American petrochemical group, Skanska, IVECO, MZ Liberec, Veolia, Wikov, Linet and LOT.
