About Jiří Černý

Jiří Černý is a partner at PETERKA & PARTNERS and the leader of the firm´s litigation and insolvency practice group. His wide experience across multiple areas of law and business over the course of his twenty years of practice throughout Central and Eastern Europe enables him to hand both domestic and cross-border insolvency and litigation matters efficiently. Jiří has represented clients operating in a wide range of sectors, such as banking, construction, machinery and automotive. In banking and finance matters, Jiří has represented several Czech banks in a number of cases including litigation related to defaults on export loans.
