has an M&A team composed of two partners and ten associates (out of a total of four partners and more than 25 associates) who speak English, French, Spanish and Italian. Its key areas of practice include the sale and acquisition of assets and companies, restructuring, banking and finance, commercial ... and tax matters. The team also assists its clients with corporate transactions ranging from restructurings and joint ventures to corporate financing transactions like capital increase or reduction. M&A is not highly regulated under Monaco law, and the team is able to help with the formalities that must be completed with the relevant local authorities to obtain any necessary administrative authorisations and ensure that clients’ transactions comply with statutory requirements. Originally founded in 2009, the firm became part of CMS in July 2017, bringing its activity into concert with more than 4,800 legal and tax professionals in over 41 countries.
