Advertising may contain the price of the medicine. The advertisement with information about discount pricing, as well as bargain sales must contain information about the place, the date of beginning and end of the pricing discount, bargain sales, as well as the discount rate compared with the previous price of the product. The price must be indicated in the national currency, namely hryvnias (UAH). Please also see 2.2 Difference Between Information and Advertising for further details.
Advertising of medicines should not violate the principle of accuracy and credibility, and others requirements to advertising; also, the advertising of medicines must be provable.
There are no specific provisions in Ukrainian legislation with regard to provision of reprints of journal articles to healthcare professionals. However, the general rules on advertisements and information and the relevant restrictions shall apply (please also see 2.2 Difference Between Information and Advertising for further details).
