Eurobank, which concerned residential mortgage loans amounting to approximately EUR1 billion and for which it drafted a statutory amendment enabling the application of securitisation law to public law receivables. The firm also acted as counsel in one of the first direct issuances of covered bonds by a Greek credit institution, and has wide experience on international issuances of debt securities by Greek companies, having acted as Greek counsel to the underwriters in most high-yield bond issuances by Greek corporates.
