One example of its innovation was in assisting clients in establishing RMBS platforms in the aftermath of the financial crisis that incorporate enhanced disclosure, dispute resolution procedures and investor rights. The structured finance team are bolstered by cross-practice collaboration with Orrick’s banking and finance, tax and restructuring teams, many of whom routinely work on securitisations.
