About Christian Theissen

Christian Theissen is a partner in White & Case LLP’s international arbitration practice group. He represents clients from various industries (transportation, life sciences, tech, etc) in international arbitration and German state court proceedings. Christian handles disputes involving, among other things, development/engineering, liability issues (including product liability), supply chain and post-M&A matters. He also negotiates contracts in major tech projects. Christian is recognised as a “brilliant lawyer who is very innovative and creative” (Chambers 2026) and co-heads White & Case LLP’s global satellites focus group as well as the firm’s global mobility solutions and autotech group.
