About Claudia De Los Rios Olascoaga

Claudia De Los Rios Olascoaga is a member of the National Association of Corporate Attorneys (ANADE) and currently serves as vice-chair of its Competition Law Committee. She has coauthored several publications on Competition Law and has participated in national and international forums on Constitutional and Competition Law, including the International Competition Network (ICN) conferences in Colombia and Brazil, as well as the IBA’s 12th Annual Competition Mid-Year Conference, where she served as moderator. Claudia has been recognised as a leading competition law specialist by Chambers and Partners. She serves as a Non-Governmental Advisor to COFECE before the ICN, is a founding partner of Ledesma & Rodríguez Rivero, and received the 2022 Women in Law award.
