About Anubhuti Mishra

Anubhuti Mishra is the youngest partner in P&A Law Offices’ competition practice, has more than 12 years of experience, and holds an LLM in competition law with distinction from King’s College London. She has been closely involved in significant investigations and advocacy initiatives shaping digital platform regulation and competition jurisprudence in India, including constitutional challenges, complex merger reviews, and gun-jumping proceedings. Anubhati has represented clients across diverse sectors and assisted with proceedings before parliamentary committees in India and a congressional committee in the USA. She has also contributed to deliberations by India’s Competition Law Review Committee and its Committee on Digital Competition Law.
