Anuja Tiwari is a senior partner at AZB & Partners and is part of the firm’s energy, infrastructure and sustainability practices in its Delhi office. Anuja has more than 17 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector and regularly advises clients on all aspects of project development and operations, M&A, entry-level strategies, and transaction structuring, and assists clients in adapting their businesses to regulatory and policy changes. She specialises in advising clients on conventional and renewable energy sectors and infrastructure sectors, including oil and gas, battery storage and e-mobility, aviation, airports, roads and ports. Anuja is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, India.
