About Anders Leissner

Anders Leissner leads Vinge’s trade compliance team. Prior to joining the firm, he spent over 20 years at a leading international maritime insurance company, and was a member of the International Group of P&I Clubs’ sanctions sub-committee. He has broad and practical experience in sanctions issues, including risk assessments, contract issues and hands-on management of incidents in co‑operation with Swedish and foreign public authorities. Anders is regularly engaged as a speaker and as a sanctions expert in Swedish media; he has also been retained as a sanctions expert in legal proceedings, and is a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
