About Andrew K. McAllister

Andrew K. McAllister is a partner and the co-leader of Holland & Knight’s customs and products importation team. He focuses on export controls, sanctions, customs, anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD), anti-corruption and industrial security. Andrew advises clients on US export controls laws, such as the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). He has extensive experience with US trade embargoes and economic sanctions administered by the US Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the US Department of State, particularly with respect to Cuba, Iran, Russia, Ukraine and Syria.
