About Bárbara Marinho e Pinto

Bárbara Marinho e Pinto has been a partner at Rogério Alves & Associados (RA) since 2020. She is a key member of the fraud and white-collar crime department at the firm, and she specialises in criminal law. She began her career with Xavier Andreu Rami, in Barcelona in 2004 as a trainee. Before joining RA, she acted for PMBGR and for ABBC & Associados in the litigation and arbitration practice areas. She has been working with Rogério Alves since 2008, acquiring experience and knowledge of criminal litigation. Bárbara Marinho e Pinto currently acts in the litigation and arbitration area, with particular focus on criminal litigation and employment law.
