Denton Nichols
is deputy head of Norton Rose Fulbright’s US international arbitration practice, and is based in the Houston office. He is best known for his representation of clients in the energy, petrochemical, manufacturing and mining industries, having successfully prosecuted and defended numerous arbitrations whose combined values in controversy total in the billions of dollars. A fluent speaker of Spanish, French and Portuguese, Denton is regularly called upon to lead matters requiring facility with non-English-speaking clients, witnesses and governing law, particularly for disputes involving Latin America, where he has lived and studied extensively.
