About Dr. Kathleen Mpofu

Dr. Kathleen Mpofu is a partner at Webb Low & Barry and advises and represents clients in domestic and cross-border arbitration matters, with expertise in international commercial and investment arbitration. She also has experience in commercial litigation. Kathleen holds a PhD in International Investment Law and is involved in the international arbitration community through her work with the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), and her previous role as co-chair of the Arbitrator Intelligence Africa Campaign. She is a member of Young ICCA, Young AFSA and the Association of Young Arbitrators. Her expertise extends to international trade and investment law and cross-border commercial disputes.
