About Estelle Rigal-Alexandre

Estelle Rigal-Alexandre is a founding partner at Soulier Bunch and leads the firm’s regulatory and competition practice. She advises French and international clients on financial services and digital finance regulation, digital markets and emerging technologies, including fintech, blockchain and digital assets. She assists clients with regulatory impact assessments, licensing and registration procedures before French and EU authorities, and represents them in regulatory and competition disputes. Estelle advises stakeholders in regulated sectors, including telecommunications and digital services. She is admitted to the Paris Bar and is a member of the IBA, InfraNum and the French Association of Business Lawyers (ACE).
