About Felipe Rodríguez Moreno

Felipe Rodríguez Moreno is the founding partner of Rodríguez and Company, focusing on economic criminal law, compliance, anti-corruption, and strategic litigation. He represents companies and executives in complex criminal proceedings and advises on criminal risk prevention. He holds a PhD (cum laude) in criminal and procedural law from the University of Seville, Master’s degrees in criminal law and legal argumentation, and a specialisation in compliance from Loyola University (Seville). He is a professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador, the author of ten books on criminal law and co-author of Tratado de Derecho Procesal Penal, Volume II (2025).
