Fernando Henríquez is a partner of Seibel Henríquez, based in Santo Domingo. He advises clients on M&A, project finance, energy, telecoms and banking transactions, as well as on complex dispute resolution across civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional matters. With over 30 years of experience, Fernando has represented leading companies in the Dominican electricity, telecoms, fuel distribution and construction sectors in some of the country's most significant transactions and high-profile litigation. He regularly works alongside leading US, European and Latin American law firms on cross-border matters and has acted as arbitrator at the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce.
