About Kate Patane

Kate Patane is a knowledge lawyer in the securitisation and structured finance team at Slaughter and May. She has extensive experience in advising arrangers, lead managers, rating agencies, servicers, issuers and trustees on the structuring and rating of transactions of various receivables, including auto loans, RMBS and CMBS. Recently, Kate has written articles for the Journal of International Banking and Financial Law.
