About Kaone Marumoloa

Kaone Marumoloa is an associate in the commercial department. He is an attorney, conveyancer, and notary public. He holds an LLB from the University of Botswana. Kaone’s practice focuses on commercial advisory, commercial and civil litigation, corporate due diligence, corporate governance, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, labour and employment matters, administrative law, and dispute resolution. He has advised corporate clients across various sectors and has undertaken additional professional training in intellectual property, competition law, contract law and unjustified enrichment through Stellenbosch University, South Africa. He is a member of the Law Society of Botswana and the Botswana Institute of Arbitrators.
