Kevin Xhebexhia
is a principal associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution group. Admitted to the the Brussels Bar and the New York Bar, Kevin advises clients on complex cross‑border disputes involving both civil-law and common-law issues. He specialises in commercial disputes and acts before national courts and arbitral tribunals. Kevin also teaches at the University of Brussels and publishes in Belgian and international peer‑reviewed journals on a range of legal topics, including international tribunals.
