About Lachlan Speirs

Lachlan Speirs works across the corporate, M&A and franchising practices at Archer Scott, advising clients on a broad range of commercial and transactional matters. He has experience in assisting franchisors with Franchising Code compliance, disclosure documents, franchise agreements and related commercial arrangements. Lachlan supports clients through business sales and acquisitions, due diligence processes, transaction documentation and general commercial contracting. He holds an LLB (finance and law), including study at the University of Leeds in EU Law and Trade Law.
