Luis Manuel Rodríguez Rivero
earned his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in 1990, and pursued postgraduate studies in tax law, competition law, and corporate law at Universidad Panamericana and ITAM. He has held leadership positions within the Mexican Bar Association, including Coordinator of the Constitutional Law Commission and member of its Board of Directors. Rodríguez Rivero has authored numerous publications on Constitutional Law, Amparo proceedings, and Competition Law, and coauthored the book Competition Law: Studies in Law, Economics and Policy. He has lectured internationally at forums including the ICN and APEC, and participated in regulatory working groups with Mexican competition authorities, and he serves as a Non-Governmental Adviser to COFECE before the ICN.
