About Ma Patricia B. Paz-Jacoba

Ma Patricia B. Paz-Jacoba is a partner and member of SyCipLaw’s litigation and arbitration, tax, and intellectual property practice groups. She has deep experience in dispute resolution for clients operating in multiple jurisdictions and highly regulated sectors, including in international and domestic arbitrations, as well as court procedures to assist in arbitration such as interim relief and enforcement proceedings. She is an accredited arbitrator of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution, and is recognised as an ADR practitioner in arbitration by the Philippine Department of Justice – Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution. Patricia is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators and the Intellectual Property Association of the Philippines.
