About Matt Rosenbaum

Matt Rosenbaum is a partner and a member of Holland & Knight’s national security and defence industry group. A former federal prosecutor and senior official at the US Department of Commerce, he advises clients on trade compliance, internal investigations and white-collar defence. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Matt served at the Commerce Department as senior counsel for the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), where he led significant enforcement matters across BIS’s western regional offices. He also previously served at the DOJ as an Assistant US Attorney and at the Treasury Department as special adviser to the Under Secretary of the Treasury for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence.
