About Matthew Kirtland

Matthew Kirtland is the co-partner-in-charge and head of the disputes and litigation group in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Washington, DC office. Nearing 30 years in practice, Matthew is consistently recognised as one of the top lawyers in his field, being ranked in Band 1 by Chambers for International Arbitration. He focuses exclusively on dispute resolution, with an emphasis on international arbitration and cross-border and transnational litigation. He has represented corporate and individual clients from a diverse range of business sectors, and has handled proceedings before all the major arbitral institutions.
