About Mauricio Ejchel

Mauricio Ejchel is a Brazilian international family lawyer and founding partner of MF Ejchel International Family Law in São Paulo. Admitted to the Brazilian Bar in 1995, he graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and completed postgraduate studies in international relations. With more than 30 years of practice, his work includes Hague Convention proceedings, international child abduction and relocation, cross-border custody, international divorce and expert evidence on Brazilian law. Fluent in English and Portuguese, he represents international clients, collaborates with foreign counsel and acts as an expert in proceedings requiring authoritative analysis of Brazilian family law.
