About Magadi Mphothwe

Magadi Mphothwe is an associate in the commercial department. She is an attorney, conveyancer, and notary public. She holds an LLB from the University of Botswana. Magadi’s practice areas centres on drafting commercial agreements, representing clients in corporate-commercial disputes and procurement disputes and engaging in alternative dispute resolution processes including arbitration, adjudication, and mediation alongside a growing passion for transaction advisory. She advises on a range of contractual and regulatory matters within the commercial space, and remains committed to continuous professional development and to delivering client-focused legal solutions. She is a member of the Law Society of Botswana.
