About Marie Frisch

Marie Frisch is a founding partner at Soulier Bunch and heads the firm’s M&A practice. She advises French and international clients on M&A, private equity transactions and business reorganisations, with particular expertise in financial services regulation and AMF frameworks applicable to equity and tokenised securities offerings. She regularly assists growth-stage and technology-driven companies in structuring financing rounds, governance and cross-border transactions, including in fintech and digital finance projects. Marie is admitted to the Lyon Bar and is a member of AIJA, the Franco-British Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the French Association of Business Lawyers (ACE).
