About Marie-Hélène Berghuijs

Marie-Hélène Berghuijs is a partner in Eversheds Sutherland’s Litigation & Dispute Management practice. Marie-Hélène has a broad background in commercial litigation. She handles complex civil disputes, often in an international context. Marie-Hélène has particular expertise in specialist areas such as securities and insolvency law and the associated liabilities, such as directors’ and auditors’ liability. The L&DM team has litigated on behalf of a number of clients in the termination of leasing contracts, advised on the operation of a mayor Dutch offshore wind farm, and assisted a mayor Dutch solar panel operator in the construction of solar panel fields. Marie and her Dutch L&DM team often work closely with the Real Estate practice group.
