About Milan Malata

Milan Malata is the managing partner of act legal Slovakia and one of the firm’s founding partners. He advises on complex energy and infrastructure matters, combining deep regulatory knowledge with extensive experience in major investment projects, transactions and disputes. His work includes large-scale industrial developments, grid connection arrangements, electromobility infrastructure and cross-border energy projects. He regularly advises on Slovak energy regulation, critical infrastructure and legislative change, and represents energy suppliers before the Regulatory Office for Network Industries and the Slovak courts. Milan also supports technology and industrial companies on heat energy regulation, contractual frameworks and the implementation of new legislation in practice.
