About Miriam Broucek

Miriam Broucek is a partner in Kinstellar’s Vienna office and a core member of the firm’s banking, finance & capital markets team. She brings more than 15 years of experience in financial market law, advising Austrian and international banks, investment firms, payment institutions and fintech companies on a wide spectrum of regulatory matters. Her practice covers banking supervisory law, payment services, securities regulation and anti money laundering compliance. Miriam also focuses on fintech, supporting clients in structuring innovative business models, and guiding them through regulatory requirements for crypto asset services, including compliance with the European Markets in crypto-assets regulation.
