About Na Gao

Na Gao is a partner in Fangda’s dispute resolution team, specialising in litigation and arbitration, with expertise in financial disputes, corporate and equity disputes, enforcement proceedings and bankruptcy restructuring. Before joining Fangda Partners in 2018, she worked in the Chinese court system for nearly ten years. With close to two decades of experience in China’s dispute resolution practice and a thorough understanding of various Chinese dispute resolution procedures, she has successfully represented numerous renowned multinational companies and Chinese companies in complex and challenging litigation, arbitration and enforcement proceedings, securing favourable outcomes for clients.
