Nakasamba Banda Chanda
is a partner at AMW & Company Legal Practitioners and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She acts as counsel and neutral in commercial arbitration, mediation and adjudication, including regulatory and investment disputes. She is past chair of the CIArb Zambia Branch and serves as secretary general and a director of the Lusaka International Arbitration Centre.
